1.1. General:
These Terms and Conditions apply to the End Of May Giveaways run by De Gustibus and Prodotti Ltd. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2. Promotion Period:
Entries for this one-off prize draw close at 11:59pm NZT on 31 May 2025. One winner will be randomly selected and contacted via Instagram by the 10 June 2025.
1.3. Eligibility:
Open to residents of New Zealand only, aged 18 years or older, who follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram. Employees of De Gustibus, Prodotti Ltd., and their immediate families are not eligible.
1.4. Entry Method:
To enter, simply follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram. No purchase is necessary.
1.5. Prize:
One winner will receive $200 worth of De Gustibus products. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
1.6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted via direct message on social media. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
2.7. Redraw:
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
2.8. Delivery:
Prize will be shipped to a New Zealand address provided by the winner during business hours.
