    This promotion is open to individuals who follow the De Gustibus Instagram account between July 3, 2025, and August 26, 2025 (11:59pm NZT).
  2. Eligibility:
    The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of Breville, Prodotti Ltd., De Gustibus, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry Method:
    To enter, individuals must follow the official De Gustibus Instagram account @degustibusbrand during the Promotion Period.
  4. Marketing Consent:
    By entering, participants consent to Prodotti Ltd. and De Gustibus collecting and using their Instagram handle for the purposes of administering the competition and future promotional communication. De Gustibus and Prodotti Ltd. will handle your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting marketing@prodotti.co.nz. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
  5. Prize:
    One (1) Breville Smart Oven™ Pizzaiolo will be awarded to one eligible winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other products.
  6. Winner Announcement:
    The winner will be drawn on August 27, 2025, and contacted via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw will take place.
  7. Delivery:
    The prize will be shipped to one address within New Zealand only. Delivery is included at no additional cost.
