WIN TWO AUCKLAND FOOD SHOW 2026 TICKETS — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter. The promoter is Prodotti Ltd (trading as De Gustibus), 36 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland ("the Promoter"). Contact: marketing@prodotti.co.nz.
2. Agreement. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Period. The giveaway opens when the giveaway post is published on @degustibusbrand and closes at 9:00am NZST on Thursday 16 July 2026. Entries received after closing are invalid.
4. Eligibility. Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter. Follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one entry; unlimited entries are permitted. Tags must be real, personal Instagram accounts — tags of brands, celebrities, or fake or duplicate accounts will not count as valid entries. No purchase necessary.
6. Prize. One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Auckland Food Show 2026, for the winner's choice of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, subject to ticket availability. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
7. Winner Selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @degustibusbrand account by end of day Saturday 18 July 2026. The Promoter will never ask for payment or bank details to claim a prize.
8. Claiming and Redraw. The winner must respond and supply a valid email address within 24 hours of notification, or the prize is forfeited and a redraw held. The redraw process repeats until a winner is confirmed.
9. Prize Delivery. E-tickets will be sent to the winner's nominated email address.
10. Publicity. The winner's first name and/or Instagram handle may be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account.
11. Privacy. Personal information is collected and used by the Promoter to administer this promotion, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where necessary to administer the promotion (e.g., ticket delivery) or where required by law. Entrants may separately opt in to marketing communications when providing their details; unsubscribe at any time via marketing@prodotti.co.nz.
12. General. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, amend, or extend the promotion at any time, and may disqualify any entrant or entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions or is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
13. Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion. Entrants' information is provided to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

1.1. General:
These Terms and Conditions apply to the "Win Two Auckland Food Show Tickets" Giveaway run by Prodotti Ltd, trading as De Gustibus ("the Promoter"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2. Promotion Period:
The giveaway opens on the date of the Instagram post and closes at 9:00am NZST on Thursday 16 July 2026.
1.3. Eligibility:
Open to residents of New Zealand only, aged 18 years or older, who follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

To enter, follow @degustibusbrand on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each tag must be in a separate comment, and each tag counts as one entry. Tags must be real, personal Instagram accounts — tags of brands, celebrities, or fake or duplicate accounts will not be counted. No purchase necessary.
1.5. Prize:
One winner will receive 2 tickets to the Auckland Food Show 2026, for their choice of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, subject to ticket availability. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
1.6. Winner Notification:
One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and contacted via direct message on Instagram from the official @degustibusbrand account by end of day Saturday 18 July 2026. The Promoter will never ask for payment or bank details to claim a prize. The winner's first name and/or Instagram handle may be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account.
1.7. Redraw:
If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, a new winner will be drawn. This process repeats until a winner is confirmed.
1.8. Delivery:
The prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address.
2. Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering the promotion, you consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Entrants may separately opt in to future marketing communications when providing their details, and may opt out at any time by contacting marketing@prodotti.co.nz.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary to administer the promotion (e.g., ticket delivery) or as required by law.
3. Rights Reserved
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or amend any aspect of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.
Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make the advertised prize unavailable.
