Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 slices prosciutto
12 asparagus spears, trimmed
100g Provolone cheese, sliced
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds or grated Parmigiano
Recipe:
Prep Asparagus Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Cut pastry into squares. Spread Dijon. Layer with prosciutto, 2 asparagus spears, and cheese. Fold two opposite corners over.
Egg Wash & Garnish Brush with egg wash. Add sesame seeds or Parmigiano if desired.
Bake Place on lined tray. Bake 15–18 mins until golden.
Serve Warm
